As a Church community serving our youth, it is our goal to love preteens, teens, and families to Christ. In doing this, we fulfill our ultimate purpose by bringing Glory to God (1 Corinthians 10:31). After a youth has made a commitment to Christ, our job advances to help them in their journey to develop a deeper relationship with Him. The ultimate goal of our ministry is to equip and prepare each youth to serve the body and share the gospel with the lost. This will happen in time and only as the youth grows in their relationships with other believers and Christ.
Kyle, Pastor of Student Ministry
Kyle Holroyd – Student Ministry Pastor
Kyle Holroyd grew up in Michigan and developed a passion for student ministry early in life, ever since he was saved in high school. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute, equipping him with the knowledge and heart to guide young people in their faith.
In September 2024, Kyle joined River Ridge Church as the Pastor of Student Ministries. His goal is to help students build a real, lasting relationship with Christ, growing in their faith and understanding of God’s Word. He desires to create a ministry where students feel welcomed, challenged, and encouraged in their walk with Jesus.
When he’s not leading or mentoring students, Kyle enjoys swing dancing, spending time with friends, as well as weight lifting. He is excited to be part of the River Ridge family and looks forward to seeing how God moves in the lives of the students.
👥 Student Ministry Schedule (6-12 grade):
We meet weekly at Trevor-Wilmot Grade School at 26325 Wilmot Rd in Trevor on Sunday nights from 6:30 – 8:30 P.M. Bring your Bible + a friend!
