Every Sunday, every Bible study, every student gathering, every worship service, every warm welcome at the door, every cup of coffee, every prayer, every children’s lesson, every sound check, and every behind-the-scenes detail is made possible by people serving together for God’s glory.

Ministry is a calling—not just a position.
We believe God has uniquely gifted every believer to serve His Church. While paid staff help lead and equip ministries, the life of River Ridge is carried forward by faithful volunteers who generously invest their time, talents, and hearts.
Some serve every week. Others serve seasonally. Some are on stage, while many faithfully serve behind the scenes where few people ever notice.
Every role matters because every role points people to Jesus.

Because we are a Bible-teaching church, all staff members and ministry leaders are expected to affirm and support the beliefs and mission of River Ridge Churches.
